Professor WONG Wai Cheong adopted the style of the characters from Monumental Inscription for Kaimu Temple  開母廟石闕銘 in some of his writings. The monument which dated back to 123 CE, Eastern Han Dynasty, was erected at the foot of the Mount Shaoshi (少室山) in Dengfeng county (登封), Henan province (河南縣).

The seal-script characters look powerful and elegant. The beauty of their square structure is enhanced by the ample space between the strokes. They are the best examples of Han seal-script writings discovered to date. (Ouyang Zhongshi and W C Fong, 2008)
